Website Terms of Use

About this website

This website is operated for Sun 'n' Sand Holiday Resort in Mangochi, Malawi. It describes the resort's rooms, dining, recreation and conference facilities and lets you send an enquiry to our team. By using the website you agree to these terms.

Enquiries are not reservations

Submitting the enquiry form, emailing us or messaging us on WhatsApp starts a conversation with our team. It does not create, hold or guarantee a reservation. A stay, event or conference booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you directly, together with the applicable rates and booking terms.

Rates, availability and descriptions

Rates, availability, activities, opening hours and any additional charges are confirmed by our team at the time of your enquiry. We aim to keep descriptions, capacities and photographs accurate, but facilities and arrangements can change. Photographs illustrate the resort and may not show the exact room or venue you are offered. Please confirm anything important to your stay or event before you travel.

Offers and events

Event and offer pages describe occasions the resort celebrates. Contact our team for current dates, arrangements and any conditions that apply.
